    How should I store my tallow balm?

    For best results, store your tallow balm in a cool, dry place. Since tallow is naturally shelf-stable, our balm can last 6 months or longer when stored properly. Always use clean, dry hands when applying to extend its shelf life.

    Can I use tallow balm on my face?

    Absolutely! Tallow is non-comedogenic and closely resembles our skin’s natural oils, making it great for facial moisturizing. Our added essential oils are diluted to be safe on skin, but please check with your doctor before trying a new product, or if pregnant or breastfeeding.

    What if my product arrives melted?

    Due to the nature of the product, there may be melting if your shipment is left out in extreme temperatures. Melted products can be placed in the fridge to turn back to solid and use as normal and are not eligible for returns.

    Do you offer returns?

        This is hands down the best facial moisturizer I have ever used. My skin stays moisturized all day without feeling greasy or thick. I’ve used it on my daughter’s eczema as well, and with only using it twice a week on her, she has cleared up significantly. I purchased the frankincense tallow, and the smell is heavenly! I can‘t imagine using another moisturizer now.

        I’ve only used Tallow a little over a year and I will never go back. I used a whipped tallow from a local farmer that does not have the tallow I used to love and thought to try Cave Dwellers. I am so happy to say it is exactly what I was hoping for. A lot of people have a hard time with tallow at first but I say stick w it. You will be absolutely amazed how good your skin will feel and look after consistent use.

        I purchased this item at a market we were both vending at and it’s been a life saver! I run a micro-bakery and between all the dish washing and cold winter weather my hands have been suffering! After using this product my skin did a complete 180 and I feel so comforted and cared for. I use it literally EVERYWHERE on myself, my daughter, and I got my boyfriend hooked on the hype 🤪 I can’t wait to get more products! We also love her magnesium spray.

        Amazing scent and hydration!

        I have only been using this product for a couple of days and I am already hooked! I love the earthy notes of the frankincense essential oil and the smooth hydration of the tallow! My hands have become dry, cracked and painful because of the dry winter air and excessive hand washing and this tallow has started to heal them after only 2 days of use. I was previously using lotions and skin barrier creams combined and nothing would quench the dryness of my hands. This product is so relieving and does not leave any greasy residue. I am so grateful to have found a natural product that works so quickly and that I can feel good about using!
