How should I store my tallow balm?

For best results, store your tallow balm in a cool, dry place. Since tallow is naturally shelf-stable, our balm can last 6 months or longer when stored properly. Always use clean, dry hands when applying to extend its shelf life.

Can I use tallow balm on my face?

Absolutely! Tallow is non-comedogenic and closely resembles our skin’s natural oils, making it great for facial moisturizing. Our added essential oils are diluted to be safe on skin, but please check with your doctor before trying a new product, or if pregnant or breastfeeding.

What if my product arrives melted?

Due to the nature of the product, there may be melting if your shipment is left out in extreme temperatures. Melted products can be placed in the fridge to turn back to solid and use as normal and are not eligible for returns.

Do you offer returns?

      This is hands down the best facial moisturizer I have ever used. My skin stays moisturized all day without feeling greasy or thick.       I’ve only used Tallow a little over a year and I will never go back. I used a whipped tallow from a local farmer that does not have the tallow I used to love and thought to try Cave Dwellers. I am so happy to say it is exactly what I was hoping for. A lot of people have a hard time with tallow at first but I say stick w it. You will be absolutely amazed how good your skin will feel and look after consistent use.

      I purchased this item at a market we were both vending at and it’s been a life saver! I run a micro-bakery and between all the dish washing and cold winter weather my hands have been suffering!
